SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver within London Zones 1–3 and selected UK addresses. Orders are fulfilled from two separate locations, meaning that cheese and confectionery and other items may arrive separately.

Cheese Deliveries (London Zones 1–3)

Cheese and other chilled perishable items are only available for delivery within London Zones 1–3. Orders placed before the daily cut-off of 2pm will be delivered by 10 pm the same day. Deliveries are typically left with hotel receptions or concierge desks. If you prefer a future delivery date, please specify this when ordering. Deliveries are made on selected days; Ada & Vera does not operate 24 hours a day or seven days a week.

Confectionery and Merchandise Deliveries (UK-Wide)

Confectionery, sweets, and non-perishable gifts can be delivered throughout the UK. These items are usually dispatched within one to two working days and delivered within three working days. Orders containing both cheese and confectionery will be sent in separate parcels from two locations and may arrive at different times.

General Delivery Terms

We use trusted courier partners and make every effort to ensure timely delivery. Delays caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes, or traffic) cannot be guaranteed. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, redelivery charges may apply.
