RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because many of our items are fresh or perishable, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been dispatched, except where goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Perishable Goods (Cheese and Fresh Items)

If your cheese order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@adaandvera.co.uk. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Non-Perishable Goods (Confectionery and Merchandise)

For sweets, treats, or non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email support@adaandvera.co.uk with your order number. Returned goods must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned goods or confirm the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
