SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver cheese, chocolate and curiosities across central London (Zones 1–3), chocolate and non-perishable gifts to addresses throughout the UK, and antiquarian books to the United States. Cheese leaves from our cheese counter and chocolate from our chocolate kitchen, so an order containing both will arrive as two separate deliveries, and may arrive at different times.

Central London (Zones 1–3) – Cheese

Cheese and other chilled perishable items are available for delivery within London Zones 1–3 only. Cheese is delivered Tuesday to Sunday. Orders placed before 2pm (12 noon on Sundays) are delivered the same day, at any time up to 10pm. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Monday, are delivered on the next delivery day.

Central London (Zones 1–3) – Chocolate and Confectionery

Chocolate is delivered Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day, at any time up to 10pm. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a Sunday, are delivered on the next delivery day.

Deliveries are typically left with hotel receptions or concierge desks. If you would prefer a particular delivery date, please tell us when ordering.

Rest of the UK – Chocolate, Confectionery and Merchandise

Outside Zones 1–3, chocolate, sweets and non-perishable gifts are sent by courier. They are usually dispatched within one to two working days and delivered within three working days.

United States – Antiquarian Books

Books from the Cabinet of Curiosities can be sent to addresses in the United States by tracked international post for a flat charge of £18. They are usually dispatched within two working days and arrive within five to ten working days. Each parcel carries a customs declaration; printed books are not subject to US import duty, though a carrier handling fee may occasionally be charged to the recipient. Cheese, chocolate and confectionery are not sent outside the UK.

General Delivery Terms

We use trusted courier partners and make every effort to ensure timely delivery. We cannot guarantee against delays caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes, or traffic). If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, redelivery charges may apply.
